Abstract: India is home to thousands of small organizations contributing to community development. Learning is crucial for their efforts to foster change in complex environments with limited financial and human resources. SICI’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Canadian Members’ Council (CMC) Meeting will be held on June 19, 2021. Due to the ongoing COVID - 19 emergency,  like last year, these meetings will be held via zoom this year.
