Dr. Amritpal Kaur, Associate Professor, Department of Food Science and Technology, Guru Nanak Dev University, also SICI's SICRG awardee, received the prestigious Science & Technology Award for Research (STAR) from Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) for her contribution in carrying out research projects in the field of Food Technology. SERB instituted this award to recognise and reward outstanding performance of principal investigators of SERB projects.
