Prof. Rao is currently Vice Chancellor of NALSAR Hyderabad since November, 2022. Before joining NALSAR, he was Vice-Chancellor of NLU Delhi from 2020 - 2022 and also served as Vice-Chancellor of NLU Odisha for six years from 2014 – 2020.
