At SICI, the safety of everyone is of utmost importance to us. In this regard, we have updated our Covid-19 response by making appropriate changes to the guidelines/protocols towards public dealing and access to SICI services. If you wish to visit us, please note the following –
- A prior appointment is mandatory to meet any SICI official.
- Contact 011-23743114 for the India office and +1-403-220-3220 for the Canada office to book an appointment.
- To access SICI Library at SICI’s India office for the academic and research purpose, it is requested that the visitor is fully/partially vaccinated (please show certificate of vaccination at the entry). Only one (1) visitor will be permitted to access the Library at a time.
- Wear a mask at all times.
- Walk-ins are NOT allowed.
- Visiting Hours: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Any visitor entering our premises will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and possible exposure.
- For visiting the India office, please register yourself in “AAROGYA SETU” mobile app,
- developed by the Government of India, for accurate information and awareness related to Covid-19.
- For visiting the Canada office at the University of Calgary, please have your proof of complete Covid-19 vaccination report available either in a paper copy or electronic format.
